A de-illumination concept

The street lighting in the public space of a village will be fitted with movement detectors. In the night there will only be light where there is activity. The village will be darkened as a counter-proposal to municipal lighting concepts. The advantages and disadvantages of the experiment will be documented by the accompanying research.
